• Owner Authorization Affidavit
• Business Registration - If applicant is a business. Can apply at end of submittal process.
• Calculations - Building Square Footage
• County Hazardous Materials Questionnaire (Commercial & Mixed Use only)
• Form - Construction and Demolition Debris-Waste Management Plan
• Form - Stormwater Intake Form and Standard SWQMP
• Plans - Building (guidelines)
• Form - Title 24 Energy Efficiency Compliance (CA State) (Energy Efficiency Document Determination guideline)
• Form - Green Building Checklist - Multifamily/Nonresidential
• Form - Boundary Certification (if structure is within 5' of the property line)
• Form - Unreasonable Hardship (if applicable)

Additional Items Which May Be Required During the Process:

• Certification - Height
• Certification - Landscape Letter
• Certification - School Fee
• Certification - Sewer & Water District
• County Health Approval - The following is a non-inclusive list of examples when health department approval is required:

  • Multi-Family (non-owner occupied)
  • Pools/Spas (open to public)
• Owner-Builder Information and Acknowledgment
