A consultant has been hired to conduct a Parking Permit Study and recommend updates to Chapter 14.41 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code.

A community meeting was held on March 11, 2024, at the Mobility and Traffic Safety Commission meeting for residents to share input regarding parking permit programs in the City. The Public Notice for this meeting can be found on the Public Notices page and the agenda can be found on the Agendas and Webcasts page of the City website. The consultant presentations in English and Spanish are also available.

Encinitas Parking Study Survey Now Available 

The City of Encinitas is seeking input about residential parking within Encinitas. Please help us gain a comprehensive understanding of the community’s needs and opinions related to parking by completing the parking permit survey, available now in both English and Spanish.
