The City of Encinitas Utilities Department consists of:

•  San Dieguito Water District
  • Provides water services to the communities of Cardiff, Old Encinitas, Leucadia, and a portion of New Encinitas
• Wastewater Collection Division
  • Provides sewer maintenance and operation services for the Cardiff Sanitary Division and the Encinitas Sanitary Division.
