Resolution 2019-74

The City of Council on August 28, 2019 approved Resolution 2019-74 adopting the Title VI Compliance Program, Grievance Procedures and Forms, Administrative Policies G052, G053, G054 and the Public Notice consistent with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related acts and statutes. The City of Encinitas/San Dieguito Water District operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
