In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”)/Section 504 Rehabilitation Act (“Section 504”), the City of Encinitas/San Dieguito Water District (“City”) will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.

The Self-Evaluation and Transition plan was adopted on December 18, 2019 by City Council Resolution 2019-100. The Grievance Procedure, Grievance form, and the Public Notice consistent with The Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of The Rehabilitation Act 1973 can be accessed below:
