Must apply 24 (business) hours in advance of movement.

Provide certificate of insurance naming City of Encinitas; minimum amount of $1,000,000

Permit will be emailed back to the submitter once processed by the City.  The permit must be signed, dated and emailed back to the City. This will confirm that the submitting company rep understands and accepts any additions and/or changes on the permit. If signed confirmation is not received by Traffic Assistant, the permit must be picked up in person at City Hall.
