The City of Encinitas has taken steps to assist local businesses in dealing with COVID-19.  The following Council resolutions have been approved, aimed to accommodate outdoor seating and services:

• Resolution No. 2020-33 Suspension of Sale & Delivery of Alcohol
• Resolution No. 2020-40 Suspending Certain Business Regulations COVID-19 Pandemic
• Resolution No. 2020-53 Temporary Suspension of ABC Alcohol Licenses

Outdoor commercial operations may be achieved through the submittal of a COVID-19 Temporary Use/ Encroachment Permit Application.
