Please use the form below to start or stop water service to properties within the District. A minimum of 24 business hours' notice is required to make changes to water service. Starting and stopping service may be scheduled Monday through Thursday.  

  • Owners: Start/stop service date should be the date that Escrow closes. If the date falls on a Friday, please schedule on the preceding Thursday or following Monday. Owners must put water service back in their name if there is a gap between tenants at a rental property.
  • Tenants: Service should start/stop on the date your lease begins or ends. If the date falls on a Friday, please schedule on the preceding Thursday or following Monday.

Starting Service: A $50 deposit and $20 new account setup fee are required. You will receive a bill for $70.00 after water service has been activated in your name. You may register for an online account once you receive your initial bill. 

Canceling Service: Your water account deposit will be refunded to you when your final bill is processed. 

Water will not be shut off on the property when the account is taken out of your name. The property will be posted with a door hanger if no new customer has signed up for service by the time the final read is taken. Water will be shut off if no new customer requests service within 48 hours of the final read.
