The Encinitas Community and Senior Center is open December 22 and 23, 2023 , then closes December 24, 2023 – January 01, 2024 with the exception for a NYE dance for seniors event on December 31st from 2:00PM -4:30PM.
Network maintenance is planned for Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 8:00AM-12:00PM which may result in limited access to web applications.
Customer Self Service (CSS) portal will be closed December 20, 2023 5:00 PM to January 01, 2024. No online payments will be allowed during this period. The CSS portal will reopen for business on January 02, 2024.
Construction work is not permitted on City Holidays (December 25, 2023 and January 01, 2024). Construction work outside of the City Holidays shall comply with all normal construction days and hours.
Building inspections will be conducted while the City is closed on December 22 and 26-29, 2023. Inspections must be scheduled during the City closure via email at buildinginspections@encinitasca.gov by 3PM the day before the inspection.

SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT (SDWD) HOLIDAY CLOSURES & INFORMATION
San Dieguito Water District offices will be closed December 22, 2023 – January 01, 2024.
