City Hall, Public Works, and the Community & Senior Center are closed this Thursday, July 4, for Independence Day. The Community & Senior Center will reopen on Friday, July 5. Business will resume at City Hall and Public Works on Monday, July 8. Hours & Locations.
The City of Encinitas will no longer be able to collect household batteries at City facilities due to contractor availability, volume of batteries collected, and inappropriate types of batteries being dropped off.

Encinitas residents may schedule a Household Hazardous Waste Pick Up (For a Nominal Fee) through EDCO by calling: (800) 714-1195
