A special joint City Council meeting was held on Wednesday September 13th 2023 with the City of Encinitas Youth Commission and Mobility and Traffic Safety Commission present.  At the meeting, the council and commissions received an update on bike safety and mobility education and outreach efforts and receive preliminary staff plans for potential safety enhancement projects.
