Important Updates:

Effective July 1, 2024, some of the Planning and Engineering development processing fees will increase. (CC Resolutions 2024-73 & 2024-74). The latest list of these fees and their respective increases can be found in the June 26, 2024 City Council staff report.
City Hall, Public Works, and the Community & Senior Center are closed this Thursday, July 4, for Independence Day. The Community & Senior Center will reopen on Friday, July 5. Business will resume at City Hall and Public Works on Monday, July 8. Hours & Locations.

Jerry Michelsen brings his jazz and blues artistry to the stage as a solo pianist. Prior to moving to Encinitas in 1996, The Jerry Michelsen Jazz Trio performed for 17 consecutive years, mainly in Latin America. Jerry studied piano performance, theory, and composition at the Cornish School of Arts in Seattle and The Banff Centre of Fine Arts in Alberta, Canada. Among his private teachers was Jack Percival, the pianist and arranger for The Harry James Orchestra.
